Our work

Full-service video production in London, and beyond.

We’ve created films for some of the world’s most well-known brands. Our work ranges from authentic brand films to documentary projects, food and drink, corporate video production, and photography. We can also help with video strategy, helping brands to zero-in on the parts of their story that will resonate best in film and photography.

As a small creative company, we pride ourselves on being friendly and adaptable, and we’re comfortable across many different types of video production – from one-person shoots to fully-crewed productions, with both studio and location shooting.

Our pricing is straightforward. Everything is based on time, and once we know what your project involves, we’ll estimate the time it will take us to get it done to give you a fixed quote. If you’d like to receive our rate card, just send us an email.

Video production FAQs

  • A video production company is a company that specialises in making professional video content for its clients.

Some video production companies will work across all genres and styles, while others will specialise in a particular niche or industry sector – documentaries or TV production, for example.

We offer start-to-finish video production in London and beyond.

  • The amount of time needed to produce a video will depend on the scope and complexity of the project. Many films only need a single day of filming, but others may require multi-day shoots and extensive post-production to create your final video.

If you send us an email with some information on what you want to do, we'll get back to you as quickly as we can with an estimate for how much time we would need.

  • The cost of making a video in the UK will vary according to the scope of the project.

We have made our pricing as transparent and straightforward as possible.

Our costs are based on the amount of time a project takes to complete, and we have fixed rates for half-day and full-day blocks.

Once we know what your project involves, we’ll estimate the time it will take us to get it done. We then add a production fee which covers overheads, insurance, and incidentals to give you a fixed quote for consideration.

Our rate card is available on request and you can send us an email to request a quote.

  • We have lots of experience making different types of videos across a broad range of genres and styles:

    • Micro documentaries

    • Social media campaigns and digital content

    • Interviews and testimonial videos

    • Authentic brand films

    • Video for charities

    • Explainer video production

    • Corporate video production

At this time, we are not taking on music videos.

  • We're a creative video production agency, and we're always happy to use our experience to help clients develop an appropriate video strategy and achievable ideas for production.

  • A good video strategy will vary according to who you are, where you plan to publish your video content, and what you are trying to achieve.

As a basic rule, we would always recommend taking an audience-centric approach when coming up with concepts and ideas for production.

Here are four starting points for thinking through the components of an effective video strategy:

    1. Understand your audience(s): who are you making it for and what would appeal to them?

    2. Content purpose: what do you need your video content to do?

    3. Where is it going to go: distribution is enormously important for effective video production. Where do you plan to publish it, and what considerations does that raise?

    4. Goals and measurement: what would "success" look like, and how can you effectively measure it so that you can see if your strategy is working?

  • We want our clients to be involved in the production process. We will work closely with you to deliver your project. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to provide input and feedback during post-production.

  • Video production can be broken down into three parts: Pre-production (planning and strategy so that everything is in place for the shoot); Production (the actual filming); and Post-production (this may include editing, colour work, sound design, GFX and VFX: everything we need to do to transform the footage captured on the shoot into a finished film ready for distribution).

  • Pre-production is an essential part of any successful film project, and is all about good planning. Attention to detail is key: it's easier to find solutions to problems before the shoot than trying to fix them afterwards.

    This may include:

    • Developing ideas

    • Moodboards

    • Script writing

    • Locations

    • Shot listing

    • Scheduling

    • Permissions and permitting

    • Test shoots and proof of concept

For some shoots, pre-production requirements may be very minimal. But all productions benefit from good planning and preparation.

  • Yes, we regularly work on location. This could be anywhere from a client's office to a football pitch.

  • We have a wide range of professional camera, lighting and sound equipment in-house to ensure high quality results. We include the use of our equipment in our pricing. If your project has special requirements then we can arrange rental equipment as needed.

  • Yes, we will. We have a wide range of professional lighting and sound equipment and we will bring the appropriate kit with us to the shoot.

  • The size of the production team varies from project to project. Most of our shoots involve a crew of 1-5 people.

  • We are a full-service studio and offer a comprehensive start-to-finish video production service. Post-production services include:

    • Editing

    • Colour grading

    • Sound design

    • VFX/GFX

    • Animation

Some parts of post-production, like VFX and animation, require the work of a specialist. We work with a range of brilliant creatives when those skills are needed.

  • Yes, editing is a key part of post-production and a vital stage in the video production process.

We offer end-to-end video production, or we can just complete the filming and hand over the footage for post-production elsewhere.

  • Yes, we can. We're happy to complete the filming and provide you with the footage for editing elsewhere. We also regularly complete shoots for other video production companies in London and beyond.

  • Yes, we hold comprehensive insurance.

  • Here are three things that sit right at the core of how we operate:

We're user-friendly and approachable: We're very used to working with people of all experience levels, whether they're a seasoned veteran or completely new to making video content. We'll always do our very best to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. After all, video production should be fun!

We're honest about what we can do: Sometimes we're approached for projects that aren't quite right for us for a variety of reasons. We'll always be honest about that, and if possible, we'll even recommend someone else that might be a better fit.

Our pricing is simple and transparent: Pricing in video production can sometimes feel a bit complicated, especially if you're new to it. We've done everything we can to make our pricing as simple and transparent as possible. We quote for projects based on the time we think they will take to complete, and our half-day and full-day rates are fixed for all clients. We also add a production fee that contributes to our insurance and other incidental costs. Once we understand the work your project involves, we'll give you a fixed quote to consider. If you have any questions, just ask.
