Keeping Tide’s customers safe using agentic AI: A financial services case study film for Faculty
Faculty, the applied AI company, helped business banking platform Tide to use agentic AI to take on one of fintech's most persistent problems: fraud.
This financial services case study video follows Ross, Andy and Cristina from Tide's team as they talk through the scale of the challenge, the specific technical problem they needed to solve, and what it took to build a solution that actually worked in production. Rather than leading with the technology itself, the film puts the people at the centre – capturing genuine conversations about the problem, their collaboration with Faculty to solve it, and the impact.
We needed to make a film that demonstrated the impact of the solution. But it also needed to show the close, hands-on collaboration between Faculty and Tide’s data scientists and engineers while creating it, a hallmark of Faculty’s approach. The film – an example of the documentary style corporate video production we’re known for – lets Ross, Andy and Cristina speak candidly about their experience, starting with the problem, then the process, and finally the difference the new system has made to their day-to-day work.
